I managed an ABV of 4.99. It was a lovely wheat beer, served at a party it was all drunk within 4 hours by 5 people. So it wasn't that bad - a recommended try.

I couldn't see the yeast mentioned in the report (I could download your BIABacus but am lazy)!

Did you use packaged, or did you try yeast harvesting this time?
